Beth Timm

General Counsel

Beth is Timm & Associates, Inc.’s General Counsel, and has over 25 years of experience as an attorney practicing in the areas of real estate, commercial lending, developer’s counsel, and construction law. She advises the company on all legal aspects of the real estate transaction, including development, sale and acquisitions, lending and construction matters.

Beth works with the sales team providing expertise in structuring the sales transactions and working through the due diligence matters related to the brokerage business. Prior to joining the company, she was a shareholder at the Minneapolis law firm of Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A.

Beth received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa, and her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, graduating cum laude in 1994.
