Hotel/Real Estate Sales Professional
The Sales Professional will be responsible for generating sales transactions through prospecting and networking efforts. This position is great opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual that has the drive and ability to make their own success.
Job Duties
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, buyers and sellers
- Secure property listings through relationships or cold calling
- Analyze market conditions, property and business financials to provide opinion of value to owners
- Work with sellers to establish listing price and sale strategy
- Identify potential buyers through marketing, cold calling and networking efforts
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers including conducting property tours
- Interact with and develop networks of lenders, appraisers, title companies and other businesses related to completing real estate sales transactions
- Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and property values
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company databases
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ideal candidate will have experience with and knowledge of franchise and hotel operations is a plus
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Self motivated, entrepreneurial – Hunter attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional with ability to interact with high net worth individuals
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to hotels across multiple states
We are looking to grow our presence and expand to additional states – future relocation and remote employment is a possibility. Compensation structure is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
