Andrew DeZiel serves as an Advisor with the Timm and Associates, Inc. brokerage team, where he is dedicated to delivering service tailored to each client’s unique needs. He brings extensive experience representing property owners nationwide, including those affiliated with leading national and regional hotel brands.

Andrew has completed executive education through Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management and holds the Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a Management minor from the University of Minnesota.

Before joining the brokerage team, Andrew worked in commercial redevelopment, gaining valuable project management experience that continues to inform his client-focused approach today.
