Andrew DeZiel works as an Advisor on the Timm & Associates, Inc brokerage team and his main priority is to always bring exceptional service to all our client’s needs. Currently, he has achieved certifications from Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management as well as the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst from the Corporate Finance Institute. Andrew has also received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota where he majored in Economics and minored in Management. Prior to joining the team, he worked in Project Management in the commercial redevelopment industry.
