James Evans is the newest member of the Timm & Associates, Inc. brokerage team. He carries 25 years of hospitality expertise working in franchise development for Wyndham, Choice, Red Roof and G6 throughout the Midwest. Over the years, he has gained extensive knowledge of market conditions, branding and how to maximize returns in all market segments. He has executed on hundreds of transactions within the hotelier community throughout his time in the industry. He is looking forward to providing sound advice on your transaction pertaining to hotel sales & marketing strategies, property valuations, market positioning, franchisor procedure development and renovations.

James is a graduate of the University of Iowa and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Studies with a minor in Anthropology.
